-Forced circulating evaporator capacity:150-1500Tons/Day
-Made of SS304 or SS316,machine frame use carbon steel
-The forced circulation evaporator is used for concentrating products(after crushing &beating) with high levels of solid material content and/or high viscosity such as :
tomato, onion, chili, strawberry, blackberry, carrot,peach,and apricot,etc.
-The forced circulation evaporator function:
Removing water from raw fruit juice/puree and concentrated into high-solid and viscosity products

Forced Circulating Evaporator Structural Features

- The evaporator adopts abroad low consumption evaporating structure:
the second effect self-circulation combines the first effect forced circulation,so it is double effect combination structure which decrease the running cost of the second forced circulation pump and other loss.
-Compact structure and optimized layout, short pipe length between the first effect evaporator and the second effect evaporator,can reduce the loss of heat resource
-The draining of cooling system uses frequency conversion to adjust water level of the condenser to save power.

Forced Circulating Evaporator Advantage

- The double effect combination structure can save power by 250KW/H compared with domestic equipment (capacity at 300-500tons per day)
-The evaporating way adopts the rising film and falling film both, so the effect of heat transfer is better, the pressure of the steam is low, the temperature of material is low too.
- Temperature of the first effect only is 68℃~70℃ and 38℃~40℃ for the second effect.
-To avoid the damage of impact vibration when the water goes to the pump, the water supply adopts vacuum self-priming way which also reduce the power consumption.
