UHT Tubular Sterilizer Advantage

During operation of the equipment,the product is produced in a completely closed system without secondary contamination .the independent tubular sterilizing system and CIP system is controlled by PLC program automatically.

The equipment is designed through digital heat quantity calculation. which
has precisely designed the heat exchanging area required for temperature
rise and cooling of products, so as to make sure that the products can
continuously carry out instant cooling and heating treatment, effectively
reduce the loss of product flavor and nutritious content and kill the harmful
bacteria.
