Classification of structure

·Single Level storage Tanks: Single level tanks do not require jackets and insulation and are the most basic type of storage container. Economical storage under normal temperature and pressure (such as water and vegetable oil);

·Jacket storage tanks: the outer wall of the jacket tank is provided with additional jacket space, which is especially suitable for storing and reacting materials sensitive to temperature. The outer wall is provided with a temperature control jacket (full/half/spiral type) to accurately control temperature sensitive materials such as chocolate and drugs;

·Stirring tanks: this kind of tank body is integrated with stirrer at the top or side for mixing and emulsification while storing materials. Integrated frequency conversion blender for mixing and emulsification of cosmetics, condiments, etc.


Functional classification

There are three types of specialized tanks according to their core functions:

·Fermentation tank: conical bottom+jacket+CIP system, specially designed to provide a sterile environment for microbial fermentation such as beer and yogurt;
