The tubular pasteurizer is a heat exchanger made up of metal pipes and shells. It works by heating and cooling fluid beverages to eliminate microorganisms. Unlike the plate pasteurizer, this type of pasteurizer is not limited to ordinary products like milk and beverages; it is also well-suited for high-viscosity and small-particle beverage products, such as soy sauce, tomato sauce with a brix level of 18-20, and concentrated juice. The tubular pasteurizer boasts strong adaptability and allows for extended continuous production periods. Based on varying sterilization temperatures, it can be categorized into two types: the standard tubular pasteurizer and the tubular ultra-high temperature (UHT) sterilizer.Furthermore, the design of the tubular pasteurizer's tubes can be customized and adjusted according to the specific requirements of different product characteristics, thereby meeting a wide range of production needs. Tubular pasteurizer can usually be produced continuously for more than 10 hours before CIP cleaning. Spraying type pasteurization and cooling tunnel, also known as the spraying-type sterilization cooling machine, is commonly utilized for acidic products post-filling, encompassing acidic milk drinks, fruit beverages, and more. Prior to filling, these acidic products typically undergo sterilization, achieving a satisfactory level of microbial reduction. The primary objective of the secondary sterilization process after filling is to leverage the product's hot-fill temperature. This is accomplished by spraying hot water onto the product and packaging for an extended period (usually 10-30 minutes), ensuring effective sterilization within. This step aims to prolong the shelf life of the product. Simultaneously, the machine cools the product, rapidly reducing its temperature to normal levels in a short period. This prevents any alteration in the product's taste due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures. The spraying-type sterilization cooling machine is typically employed with PET bottles, glass bottles, cans, and other packaging formats. You often see it in use when filling products like acidic milk drinks, fruit beverages, and condiments. But here's the thing: unlike the spray machine, the water bath version is a better fit for flexible packaging, like those long-lasting yogurt pouches, bags of fruit purees, ketchup packets, and seasoning bags. Sterilization Kettle


Sterilization Kettle which is also called retort is usually used for the sterilization of neutral products after filling, including soy milk, tea drinks, milk, cans, etc. Neutral products need to achieve a long shelf life (6-12 months), and the production process is usually UHT sterilization and aseptic filling process. However, the cost of UHT sterilization and aseptic filling equipment is high and can only be used for fluid products with low viscosity. Therefore, in terms of investment costs and effectively extending the shelf life of neutral products, many factories on the market use sterilization kettle after filling for high temperature and high pressure sterilization. However, the packaging form of the product entering the sterilizer must be able to meet the conditions of high temperature and pressure, such as tinplate cans, PE bottles, glass bottles and so on. Of course, sterilizers are also commonly used in the pet food industry. According to the different products, there are steam direct injection sterilizer, water bath spray sterilizer, rotary sterilizer and so on.
