How to select suitable food grade stainless steel tank

Key factors to be considered:

Material type: 304 for general food grade; 316L material shall be selected for acidic or high-salt materials.

Capacity: Select 100L to 10000L capacity based on daily production.

Structure: vertical=space saving; Horizontal=easy to maintain.

Function: heating jacket, stirrer or insulation can be added as required.

Sanitary Standards: Surface Finish, Sanitary Grade Valves and CIP Cleaning System.


Maintenance Guide

Cleaning with CIP or SIP system after each batch production.

Regular inspection of welds, gaskets and valves.

Avoid use of chlorinated cleaners.

Please seal the water tank when it is idle to prevent pollution.
