Main applications:
– As an industrial raw material, sold to beverage factories for producing mango juice and blended fruit juices.

Concentrated Mango Juice
Mango pulp can be further processed into concentrated juice to reduce storage and logistics costs.
Definition: Produced by vacuum evaporation to remove part of the water content from mango pulp.
Core features: Denser and more intensely flavored than standard pulp; volume and weight significantly reduced; typical concentration ratio is 3:1 to 6:1 (i.e., 3–6 kg of pulp concentrated into 1 kg of concentrate).
Main application: Primarily supplied to large-scale beverage producers, who must reconstitute it (by adding back water proportionally) before use.

2. End-Consumer Products (Retail Market)

These products are packaged and distributed for direct sale to consumers via supermarkets, convenience stores, and e-commerce platforms.

Non-Concentrated Mango Juice (NFC, Not From Concentrate)
A premium, 100% pure fruit juice product.

Definition: Sterilized mango pulp directly filled into final packaging—without concentration or reconstitution.

Core features: Minimalist ingredient list—only “mango pulp” or “mango”; no added water, sugar, or preservatives. Flavor closely resembles freshly squeezed mango.

Storage and transportation: Requires cold-chain (refrigerated) handling; relatively short shelf life (typically 28–45 days).

Mango Juice Drink
The most common and widely consumed mango-flavored beverage on the market.

Definition: A blended beverage made from mango pulp (or concentrated pulp) as the base, with added water, sugar, acidulant, stabilizer, and other permitted ingredients—followed by homogenization, sterilization, and filling.

Core features: Smooth, sweet, and aromatic. Mango pulp content typically ranges from 10% to 40%, depending on regional regulatory standards.

Examples: Most Tetra Pak and PET-bottled mango drinks found in supermarkets fall into this category—for instance, popular products labeled “Mango Mixed Juice Drink”.

Mango Pulp Drink
A subcategory of mango juice drinks emphasizing a pronounced, textured “pulpy” mouthfeel.
Definition: Based on standard mango juice drinks, but with added fine mango pulp particles or intentionally retained, minimally processed pulp fibers.
Core features: Visible pulp suspension during consumption; richer, more authentic mango texture and flavor.
