During operation of the equipment,the product is produced in a completely closed system without secondary contamination .the independent tubular sterilizing system and cip system is controlled by PLC program automatically. The tubular design combines with flow direction to avoid quantity of terminal ( such as T type connection).For cleaning procedure,fully consider the heat effect ,mechanical impact and interface activation , which improved the safety and cleaning effect ,to reach higher reliability: the full-automatic alarming and trouble -shooting system is competent to prevent disqualified products from outputting. Otherwise, the signals of equipment and filling machine are interlocked, to prevent mis-operation of filling &feeding , as well as guarantee the quality of end product.

The equipment is designed through digital heat quantity calculation. which has precisely designed the heat exchanging area required for temperature rise and cooling of products, so as to make sure that the products can continuously carry out instant cooling and heating treatment, effectively reduce the loss of product flavor and nutritious content and kill the harmful bacteria.
According to customer requirements, the equipment can be provided with multiple sections of cooling with adjustable outlet temperature, which is suitable for cold canning.

The equipment adopts the form of multiple tubes, scilicet shell tube is covered by multiple small parallel tubes to form combined tubes, and multiple sections of combined tubes will be connected. The internal and external tubes of the tube set adopts the design of unique floating head and double sealing, which avoids the pollution and has no stress caused by heat expansion. It can endure higher pressure with the maximum pressure drop permissible reaching 100bar.
Long operation time
The equipment is made of high quality pipes according to high standard so as to guarantee good heat conducting efficiency of the heat exchanging tube. The control components of the control system are of internationally Of high heat conducting efficiency and control precision temperature error. The system can operate stably with long operation time.
Simple operation and high production efficiency
During the production, just touch the touch screen slightly , and the system will automatically and instantly complete all production operations, which Realizes human-machine dialogue in a real sense. The full-automatic control system has greatly enhanced production efficiency.
Self-provided ClP cleaning system can achieve automatic cleaning in place (CIP), and do not rely on the starting of ClP system on plant main line. All imported control components are of international famous brands with accuracy and guaranteed quality .
Simple and convenient maintenance. During the maintenance. only O Rings require changing, and there is no need to use any heavy tools.
Tho manufacturing materials are completely in according with GMP
Standard for food factories, and GTAW welding technology is adopted according to ASME welding standard.
The equipment can be designed into electrical appliance controlled type according to customer requirements. It can be designed into pasteurizer (PUT) and high temperature sterilizer (HTST) according to the requirements of sterilizing temperature of products.
